As an Independent Nurse Prescriber, Sam has honed her abilities in aesthetic assessments and treatments. Her skills have been developed under the guidance of the Allergan Aesthetic Institute and she uses these renowned techniques to achieve the excellent results which everyone attending the Orchard Clinic expects.
Sam is a specialist in the administration of cosmetic injectables. Her signature treatment is the Face Lift Without Surgery – a perfect solution for controlling the effects of aging to the face.
She administers injections for wrinkle relaxing which incorporates the treatment of underarm sweating and for teeth clenching.
At the forefront of all treatments Sam is your skin health first and provides advice on skin rejuvenation treatments such as biostimulators (polynuecleotides), skin refiners (fillers targeting fine lines) and skin boosters (Profhilo).
Having qualified in 2007 Sam’s nursing career has given her a vast array of experience working in Urgent Treatment Centres and Minor Injury Units as an Emergency Nurse Practitioner in London, the South Coast and on the Isle of Wight.
It will be clear to everyone who meets Sam that she is a passionate individual and is a highly valued member of the team.

Dr Maire Rhatigan, MB, BCh, BAO, DCH, MRCOphth, FRCOphth
Dr Máire Rhatigan qualified in Medicine with an honours degree in surgery from University College Dublin. She is an experienced eye surgeon and spent 19 years working in the NHS laterly as a consultant Ophthalmologist on the Isle of Wight.
Dr Máire has many years experience in oculoplastic surgery following fellowship training in the UK and in Melbourne, Australia. She has extensive experience in cosmetic treatments and is also the clinic’s specialist in removal of moles.
She has worked full-time in aesthetics since 2005. She attends international conferences each year to build on her knowledge and to ensure that her patients receive the very best treatment using the highest quality products.

With over 27 years in the beauty industry Miranda uses her experience and knowledge to ensure every client receives a bespoke treatment that caters for your individual needs.
