Sam graduated from Southampton University in 2007 with a BSc(hons) in Adult Nursing. Since qualifying Sam has worked in Emergency Medicine in London, the South Coast and New Zealand for 10 years before qualifying as an Emergency Nurse Practitioner and an Independent prescriber in 2017.
As an Independent Nurse Prescriber her skills have been developed under the guidance of the Allergan Aesthetic Institute and she uses these renowned techniques to achieve the excellent results which everyone attending the Orchard Clinic expects. Her clinical practice is recognised and regulated by the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
Sam is an experienced practitioner specialising in the administration of cosmetic injectables. Her signature procedure, the Face Lift Without Surgery, offers an effective approach to managing facial ageing.
She is skilled in providing injections for wrinkle relaxation, which includes treatments for underarm sweating and teeth clenching.
Sam prioritises skin health in all her treatments and advises on skin rejuvenation options such as biostimulators (polynucleotides), skin refiners (fillers for fine lines), and skin boosters (Profhilo).

Daniel Gheorghiu is a Consultant Upper Limb & Trauma Surgeon at St. Mary´s Hospital on the Isle of Wight.
He underwent specialist Orthopaedics and Trauma training on the Merseyside rotation in Liverpool and trained in Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgery at Alder Hey Children’s Hospital. He completed fellowships in Shoulder and Elbow Surgery at the “Centre of Excellence“ at The Wrightington Upper Limb Unit and at Epworth Hospital in Melbourne, Australia.
He was a Tutor at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and teaches on the faculty of various training courses for healthcare professionals both nationally and internationally.
He participates in regular multidisciplinary team meetings, journal clubs and audit meetings.
His clinical practice encompasses all aspects of hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder problems. He has special interests in minimally invasive surgery of the shoulder and shoulder joint replacement surgery for arthritis. His practice also includes the management of common disorders of the upper limb like frozen shoulder, subacromial impingement of the shoulder, AC Joint disorders, Carpal Tunnel syndrome, Cubital Tunnel syndrome, Tennis- and Golfer´s Elbow, Trigger fingers, Dupuytren´s disease, and Arthritis of the Hand and Wrist.
