Alicia offers personalised health and wellbeing support for people in midlife who want to feel healthier, more energised and more in control of their bodies. As a registered Health & Wellbeing Coach, Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor, she helps clients restore energy, navigate hormonal changes, improve sleep, reduce stress, and build healthier habits that last.

Her approach is holistic and practical. Rather than focusing on one issue in isolation, Alicia works across the areas that most often affect how people feel day to day, including nutrition, digestion, stress, movement, sleep, and overall lifestyle balance. Her aim is to help clients make realistic, sustainable changes that improve confidence, wellbeing, and long term health.

Services available include one to one health coaching programmes, personal training, yoga classes, and health focused workshops. Her coaching programmes are offered in 6, 8 and 10 week formats, giving clients structured support with personalised plans, regular coaching, nutrition and lifestyle guidance, and accountability throughout the process.

Alongside coaching, Alicia also provides 1:1 personal training in a private gym as well as online, with a focus on helping people build strength, improve energy, and feel more confident in a supportive environment. She also runs weekly yoga classes in Carisbrooke and wellbeing workshops covering topics such as healthy habits for weight loss and creating more restful sleep.

For those unsure where to begin, Alicia also offers a free 30 minute Health Clarity Call. This gives people the chance to talk through what has been holding them back, identify their priorities, and explore the right support for their goals.
