Pelvic Health

Leaking when you cough, sneeze, or jump? Feeling a heavy, dragging sensation when you exercise? While these issues are incredibly common, they are not something you just have to live with.

I’m passionate about breaking the stigma and fear around pelvic health. I’ve spoken to so many women who have stopped exercising, rely on pads, and have just accepted that leaking or prolapse symptoms are a “normal” part of having a baby or going through menopause. But it doesn’t have to be that way.

Your body is unique, so your treatment plan should be too. It’s not always as simple as “just do your Kegels.” A proper assessment helps us get to the root cause of your symptoms so we can create a personalized plan to help you feel better. Every person’s situation is different, and a one-size-fits-all approach just doesn’t work.

It doesn’t matter if you had your kids 2 months ago or 20 years ago, if you’ve never had children, or if you’re dealing with symptoms from perimenopause, menopause, or endometriosis. We can help. If any of this sounds familiar, please get in touch to book a consultation.
